Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Scan barcodes and verify item details against work orders using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently during shift changeovers.
- Adhere to all quality control standards and inventory management protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
