Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety-certified precision
- Optimize order fulfillment workflows to meet nightly productivity targets
- Perform quality inspections and reject handling per ISO 9001 standards
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and ergonomic best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with picker/packer role
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong attention to detail with error rates under 0.5%
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license preferred
