Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely after training
- Inspect products for quality and maintain organized inventory
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Complete documentation for inventory and shipments
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
