Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Inspect products for quality and report inventory discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve nightly productivity targets
- Scan and sort incoming shipments for proper storage
- Adhere to safety protocols during all operational activities
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide paid training
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours)
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds with proper techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to/from worksite
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Willingness to work independently and in team settings
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
