Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to ensure safety and productivity
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to the Nashville facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems training
