Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is processed, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. We pride ourselves on safety and efficiency, and we are looking for hardworking individuals to help us maintain those standards.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
- Picking & Packing: Select products from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment using packing lists.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Ensure all items are packaged correctly and meet company standards before leaving the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logs for all transactions.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work well independently or within a team.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing tasks.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
