As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently to meet our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and labeling.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
