Responsibilities
- Load and Unload:** Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing:** Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management:** Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stock areas.
- Equipment Operation:** Operate warehouse machinery (including forklifts) after completing required safety training.
- Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization:** Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of debris to ensure operational flow.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement:** Must be at least 18 years old to operate heavy machinery.
- Physical Stamina:** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability:** Must have a reliable means of transportation and be available for full-time shifts.
- Background Check:** Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Basic Math Skills:** Comfortable with basic math for counting items and checking orders.
- Communication:** Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
