Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners to track inventory and update warehouse systems.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace.
- Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless night shift operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Availability to work night shifts and mandatory overtime when required.
- Basic math, reading, and computer scanner skills.
- Reliable transportation to commute to Arlington, VA.
