Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Items: Accurately select products from shelves and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Verify Accuracy: Perform quality control checks to ensure the correct items and quantities are packed.
- Operate Equipment: Safely utilize pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided) to move inventory.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep the warehouse workspace clean and organized.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound shipments using proper lifting techniques.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock rotation and inventory counting as required by management.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setting is a plus, but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (varied shift times).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk extensive distances.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory accuracy and attention to detail.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
