Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments using barcode scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing our paid training program
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification
- Reliable transportation to our Seattle facility
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass background check and drug screening
