Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Rotate stock to maintain FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors to optimize workflows
- Complete daily inventory counts and reports
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Pass background check and drug screening
