Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation tasks
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
- Document inventory discrepancies and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation to the night shift schedule
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
