Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and maintain organized inventory zones
- Meet/exceed productivity targets while maintaining safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner operation skills
- Reliable transportation to/from night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
