Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory zones and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Meet/exceed productivity targets during peak hours
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or picker-packer experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic RF scanner/WMS system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and punctuality record
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
