Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular audits
- Optimize warehouse organization to maximize storage capacity and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for smooth transitions and operational continuity
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with warehouse technology systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
