Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and proficiently
- Conduct comprehensive inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload trucks and organize storage areas for optimal space utilization
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced night shift environment
