Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and maintenance reports
- Support outbound loading schedules with precision and timeliness
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Valid state ID and clean background check
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
