Responsibilities
- Execute order picking and packing tasks efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks using industrial dollies and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
