Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory management systems
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning technology
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety compliance
