As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains efficient and our customers receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, locate, and place inventory.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards and customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality assurance protocols before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and workplace guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles organized, clean, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Basic English language skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
