Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, sort merchandise, and organize stockrooms.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and attention to detail are required.
