Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the Warehouse Management System.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the designated shift hours.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
