Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99% on-time delivery rates.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory accuracy within the warehouse aisles.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to maintain a smooth workflow during night operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be available for night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read work orders or pick lists accurately.
