Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all orders meet company standards before shipping.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and workplace housekeeping standards strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
