Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily productivity goals.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent returns.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse machinery and tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse software.
