Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts (reach trucks) and pallet jacks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock rotation.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
