Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle checks in WMS systems
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain clean, organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document all activities using digital scanning systems and reporting tools
- Adhere to all quality control standards and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
