The Opportunity
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive their orders on time. This is a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are paramount. You will be the backbone of our operations, working closely with a supportive team to maintain high standards.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise in preparation for shipping or storage.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, ensuring safe operation protocols are followed.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Pack, label, and prepare packages for outbound delivery, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize hazards and maximize efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
