Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS system.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Receiving & Shipping: Process inbound and outbound freight, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the Shift Manager.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in order processing and inventory counts.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred for warehouse vehicle operation.
