Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to priority schedules
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification
- Enforce strict safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical issues
- Prepare and process documentation for inbound/outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6am-2pm)
- Background check and drug screen required
