Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
