Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload shipments efficiently
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and safety compliance protocols
- Process orders with WMS systems for accurate fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak operations
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs
- Train on new warehouse technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Comfortable working in climate-controlled and refrigerated zones
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation for night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
