Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damages, and shortages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process customer orders efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
