Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight trucks during night shift hours.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records using our warehouse management system.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed nightly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Forklift certification is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis facility for night shift hours.
- Must be flexible and willing to work mandatory overtime to meet business demands.
