As a key member of our logistics backbone, you'll ensure seamless order fulfillment while maintaining industry-leading safety standards. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless transition of critical shipments
- Document warehouse activities using digital reporting tools
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
