Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Conducting daily inventory checks and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Processing returns and damaged goods according to company procedures.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
