Your Role: You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Retrieve products from storage racks and prepare them for shipping according to customer orders.
- Inventory Accuracy: Use handheld scanners to verify items and maintain precise inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure all orders are packed securely and labeled correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow staff to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time hours, including weekends.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic math for inventory and shipping purposes.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
