Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily KPI targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying load contents against shipping manifests.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
