Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product movement
- Perform quality control inspections and inventory audits using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold storage environments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for loading/unloading time-sensitive shipments
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation methods and stock rotation systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in refrigerated warehouse operations
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass company certification)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of WMS inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
