Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move inventory.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and verify stock levels to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and precision.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
