Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with zero-error standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Ability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Team player with strong communication skills
