Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team. As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders, maintaining inventory integrity, and upholding the highest safety standards in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy against packing slips.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handover of daily operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours and scanning barcodes.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required for this position.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
