Responsibilities
- Maintain precise inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with OSHA-compliant efficiency
- Optimize order fulfillment using voice-pick technology for error-free processing
- Execute quality control checks on inbound/outbound shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Adhere to safety protocols in a temperature-controlled environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA-certified forklift operation or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail in high-volume environments
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
