Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect products for quality control before shipping
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for flexible night shift schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
