Responsibilities
- Execute high-precision order picking/packing with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits using RF scanning technology
- Maintain optimal warehouse organization via FIFO rotation systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with WMS software proficiency
- Enforce strict safety protocols across all operational zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (Mon-Fri + rotating weekends)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Valid Nevada driver's license (for yard operations)
- Background check and drug screen required
