Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless inventory handovers and process optimization
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
