Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to optimize inventory storage
- Perform quality control checks and documentation of all outgoing shipments
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance in all material handling activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation procedures
- Support warehouse safety initiatives and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
