Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Maintain meticulous inventory counts and cycle counts with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures and PPE compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency and meet SLAs
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outbound shipments
- Document all activities in real-time using digital inventory systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience in night shift environments
- OSHA Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS, inventory software)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced settings
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
