Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain organized inventory with FIFO rotation and cycle counting protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets
- Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance in all operations
- Document warehouse activities using digital reporting tools
- Support facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance routines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with occasional overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
